Minimum 3 years experience in repair, maintenance or related field. Critical Thinking and Strong Verbal Communication. Knowledge of Power Tools. Painting Experience. Basic Carpentry Skills. Minor Plumbing Skills and Knowledge. Must have reliable vehicle, vehicle insurance and valid driver's license. Must have or be willing to get smart tablet or phone. Basic working knowledge of mobile devices.

Bonuses

Pay per job so you can earn at your level of capacity. Ranging from 55,000 a year to 90,000 a year. Contract work 1099

Make your own schedule and hours, Independent time management within reason, Lead supervisor and management opportunities, small company with a lot of room for growth, On the job training for supporting software.

Responsibilities

Service technician will be responsible for showing up and completing work orders. Tech must learn to use company supporting software to obtain scheduled work orders. The tech is also responsible for before and after repair verification to be sent to processing department so completed work orders can be submitted for payment. This is a contract position and pays per completed project. HN Construction services takes care of the bids and sends documents verifying completion. We give the tech a work order and deadline. The tech then collects on site data, repairs, documents repairs completion and then submits to HN Construction services.

HN Construction Services is a repair and maintenance company that takes great pride in helping property management and home investment companies better serve their tenants. We started in San Antonio and other surrounding areas in 2019 and have grown to serve other major cities in the state of Texas. We currently service the DFW metroplex area and are moving into the greater Houston area as well. With a strong team of service technicians that are knowleagable in any area of repair and maintenance we are a reliable resource on every work order requested. However, it is actually our commitment to a positive customer service experience that truly sets us apart and makes for strong partnerships with our clients.
